Often times when you are thinking of ways to recreate yourself the first things that come to mind is your outter body, how you look. While this is very important it is also important to build a healthy emotional body.
Energy clearing is a wonderful way to go inward to clear out emotional energy that doesn't serve you. We are always thinking and our thoughts and the way we see ourself is very important in building a healthier You.
How it all got started
How it all got started
The plant kingdom spoke to me as a child. I enjoyed sitting in the grass playing with the flowers, tasting them and looking at the designs of the leaves. I always felt a connection to plants, roots and flowers and knew that they had a very powerful intelligence that could work in our body for healing and nutrition. So after many years of building a relationship with the plant kingdom I noticed that people would ask me about herbal remedies to help with ailments that they were having. This was the beginning of my journey of discovering my passion and purpose.

We believe that the first initiation to planting seeds to health is detoxing your body by using fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.
Drinking herbal tonics and fresh water. As you detox your body you are removing toxins from your bloodstream and building healthy cell signals.
As you continue your path you will then see the connection of thinking, feeling and eating to build toward cell growth and not repulsion. This process takes discipline and coaching. We offer supportive classes and healing herbal tonics and energy clearing sessions to assist you in your journey.
You are sure to feel amazing once you have completed your program.
